• Payment processors — GCash, PayMaya (Maya), and partner banks (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank) receive the financial data necessary to process your deposits and withdrawals.
• Identity verification providers — Third-party KYC service providers may process your identity documents to verify your age and identity as required by PAGCOR regulations.

7Data Retention

• Account data — Retained for the duration of your active account and for a minimum of five (5) years following account closure, as required by PAGCOR regulations and AML obligations.
• Transaction records — Retained for a minimum of five (5) years from the date of the transaction, in compliance with the Anti-Money Laundering Act.
• Gaming history — Retained for a minimum of three (3) years to support dispute resolution and regulatory reporting.
• Support communications — Retained for two (2) years from the date of the last interaction, unless a longer period is required for ongoing dispute resolution.
• Marketing data — Retained until you withdraw your consent or request deletion, whichever is earlier.

Upon expiry of the applicable retention period, personal data is securely deleted or anonymised in accordance with our internal data disposal procedures.

8Data Security

In the event of a personal data breach that is likely to result in a risk to your rights and freedoms, 7ph will notify the National Privacy Commission (NPC) within seventy-two (72) hours of becoming aware of the breach, and will notify affected players without undue delay, in accordance with the Data Privacy Act and NPC Circular 16-03.

10Children's Privacy and Age Restriction

The 7ph platform is strictly intended for adults aged 21 years and above, in accordance with Philippine law governing casino-style gambling. 7ph does not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the age of 21.

During registration, all players are required to confirm that they meet the minimum age requirement and to provide government-issued identification for age verification. Where 7ph discovers that personal data has been collected from a person under the age of 21, that account will be immediately suspended, all associated data will be deleted, and any funds will be returned to the source payment method.

If you believe that a minor has registered on the 7ph platform, please contact our support team immediately so that we can take appropriate action.

11Changes to This Privacy Policy

7ph reserves the right to update or amend this Privacy Policy at any time to reflect changes in our data processing practices, applicable law, or regulatory requirements.
